These Terms govern the free demo websites, outreach, and marketing website provided by Cody Winski (sole proprietor) under the brand name BrightSite (gobrightsite.com). By engaging with the service, you acknowledge these terms. Contact: contact@gobrightsite.com | (724) 771-7821.
Cody Winski builds free demo websites for local small businesses using publicly available information (Google Maps listing, photos, hours, and address). Cody contacts businesses personally to offer the demo and — only with the owner's agreement — sends the demo link by text or email. There is no charge to view a demo.
Each demo page includes a "Claim This Site" form. Submitting it is voluntary and simply tells Cody you're interested; he will follow up by email or phone to discuss your site. Submitting the form creates no obligation and no charge.
Viewing a demo, receiving the link, or submitting the claim form carries no purchase obligation, subscription, or fee. Any paid services — a custom domain, going live on your own address, edits, ongoing management, or Google Business setup — are separate, optional, and agreed in a distinct conversation before any charge.
If you choose to purchase, the website is yours. You may take full control and host it on your own domain, or opt into optional managed hosting. If managed hosting ever lapses, we transfer the site to you so that you never lose your website.
To show what we can do, our website (gobrightsite.com) displays invented sample businesses we created ourselves. They are fictional, contain no real business's information, and are clearly labeled as samples. We display a real business's demo publicly only with that owner's permission.
Any business name, logo, or trademark that appears in a demo we built for a specific business remains the property of its owner. Building an unsolicited demo for a business does not imply that business is our customer or endorses us, and no affiliation should be inferred. If a demo was built for your business and you want it edited or removed, email contact@gobrightsite.com and we will do so promptly.
Demo websites are provided free of charge on an "as-is" basis for illustrative purposes only. Cody Winski makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding demo content or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cody Winski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the demo websites or related communications.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
