Cody reaches out to a business personally — typically a phone call he places himself — to let the owner know a free demo website has been built for them. If the owner is interested, and only with their agreement, he sends the demo link by text message or email to the contact they provide. We do not send automated or bulk messages, and we do not message anyone who has not asked for the link.
Information is used solely to build and deliver the demo website, to respond to a claim or change request you initiated, and to discuss optional paid services if you ask. We never use it for unrelated marketing.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. Limited service providers (our website host and email provider) process data only as needed to operate this service.
On our own website (gobrightsite.com) we showcase invented sample businesses that we designed ourselves to demonstrate our range. These are fictional and contain no real business's information. We feature a real business's demo publicly only with that owner's permission. If a demo was built for your business and you'd like it changed or taken down, email us and we'll remove it promptly.
If you contact us through the form on our website, we collect the name, business name, email, and message you submit, and use them only to reply to you.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time — reply to any message, or email contact@gobrightsite.com — and we will remove your information promptly.
We keep business and claim information only as long as needed to fulfill your request and conduct reasonable follow-up, and delete it on request.
